Article 1 - Parties

System Provider:"System Provider" (Mentoris) is the company that provides the infrastructure of the digital education platform and allows trainers to create content. The System Provider offers all technical services to trainers and ensures the smooth operation of the platform.
Trainer:Trainer is the person who presents educational content using the platform and interacts with members. The Trainer can use all tools available on the platform while creating content and communicating with members.
Member:Member is the person registered on the platform and using the platform to benefit from educational content. Members have the right to watch content, learn, and interact with trainers for personal use only.

Infrastructure Provision: The System Provider supplies all necessary digital infrastructure for trainers to use the platform. This infrastructure includes website, content management system, payment systems, and membership management services.
Maintenance and Updates: The System Provider performs regular maintenance and updates for the smooth operation of the platform. This maintenance includes software updates, security patches, and performance improvements.
Privacy and Security: The System Provider is obliged to store users' personal information in accordance with legal frameworks. All necessary security measures are taken to protect personal data. However, personal information may be shared upon request from legal authorities.
Content Management: The System Provider does not have the authority to manage, edit, or supervise trainers' content. The Trainer has full authority over their own content only.
Legal Compliance: The System Provider conducts all operations of the platform in accordance with legal regulations. Trainers and members are also expected to comply with their legal obligations.

Content Creation: The Trainer has the right to create educational content on the platform. The Trainer is obliged to ensure that the content is original and complies with laws. Educational videos, written materials, or other course materials are the responsibility of the Trainer.
Copyrights: The Trainer guarantees ownership of the copyrights of all content on the platform. Sharing other people's content without permission may lead to legal problems. The Trainer will be solely responsible in case of copyright infringement.
Member Communication: The Trainer is obliged to communicate with members using only professional language. Ensuring the accuracy and reliability of educational content is the responsibility of the Trainer.
Platform Use: The Trainer can use the platform solely for the purpose of providing education. Misuse of the platform by the Trainer or negative interaction with members is prohibited. The Trainer must use the platform only to present educational content.
Personal Data: The Trainer can use member information only for the purpose of providing education services. The Trainer must respect the privacy of personal data and cannot share this data with third parties.

Right to Access: The Member has the right to access content on the platform. This right is for personal use only, and copying, reproducing, or distributing content for commercial purposes is prohibited.
Content Usage: The Member can use the content on the platform for educational purposes only. Unauthorized sharing of content constitutes copyright infringement and requires legal sanctions.
Site Usage: The Member must use the platform only within the framework of legal and ethical rules. Malicious behavior, disturbing other members, committing fraud, or damaging the system's operation is prohibited.
Feedback: If the Member detects any error or problem on the platform, they can report this situation to the Trainer or System Provider. The Member is obliged to convey technical problems encountered while using the platform to the System Provider.
Legal Compliance: The Member should evaluate the advice and content offered by the trainer at their own responsibility. Health or lifestyle suggestions given by the Trainer may vary according to each individual's specific situation. The Member should verify recommendations with a professional consultant.

Content Accuracy: The Trainer is obliged to ensure that all content shared on the platform is accurate, up-to-date, and based on scientific data. In case of any inaccuracy, the Trainer is responsible for updating the content.
Misleading Content: The Trainer cannot share misleading or harmful content. Sharing misleading information may cause physical or psychological harm to members and give rise to legal liability.
Member Recommendations: The Trainer may offer recommendations to members on the platform. However, these recommendations should be based solely on personal evaluations and should not offer any health guarantee.

Technical Support: The System Provider provides technical support to trainers and members for the smooth operation of the platform. This support aims to solve platform-related problems and troubleshoot technical issues encountered by users.
Privacy Policy: The System Provider undertakes to keep user information confidential. User information will only be used for the purpose of providing services and will not be shared with third parties.
Legal Compliance: The System Provider ensures that the entire operation of the platform is carried out in accordance with laws. The System Provider is obliged to fulfill all kinds of legal responsibilities.
Content Supervision: The System Provider does not supervise content shared by trainers on the platform, but has the right to remove content in case of a legal violation.

Termination of Agreement: If the Trainer or Member acts contrary to this agreement, they may be warned by the System Provider, and access to their content may be restricted or completely removed. In case of serious violations, the agreement may be terminated.
Account Closure: The System Provider has the right to close the trainer's or member's account for legal reasons. Account closure prevents access to all content and data of the members.

Parties: This agreement is valid between the Member using the platform and the service provider (Trainer and/or System Provider). The Member is deemed to have accepted these agreement terms from the moment they start using the platform. Electronic approval made over the internet makes this agreement valid without requiring any physical signature or ink permission between the parties.
Validity of Agreement: By approving the agreement electronically during membership transactions on the platform, the Member creates a legally binding agreement. This agreement is approved and binding between the parties in a digital environment. Electronic approval means that the parties accept the terms of the agreement.
Acceptance of Agreement Terms: When the Member registers on the platform, they are deemed to have accepted these agreement terms electronically. If one of the parties acts contrary to the agreement, legal obligations may arise. Therefore, electronic approval of the agreement means that all parties accept the terms.
